Wellfield Lodge, Bunts Lane, Seaton, Devon, EX12 2HT

Wellfield Lodge is a new modern self catering apartment for two people with beautiful views over Lyme Bay and the fields and woodlands of the scenic Axe Valley.

The Lodge is set within the grounds of Wellfield House in a quiet residential area on the favoured west side of Seaton.

The accommodation is bright, airy and tastefully furnished.

There is one double bedroom with French doors opening onto a small balcony which gives beautiful views over the sea. Off the bedroom there is a spacious en-suite with a shower.

The living area and kitchen are open plan, living area has a two seater sofa, coffee table, leather occasional chair, a LCD TV with Freeview box and a DVD player.

French doors lead out onto a spacious decking area (a real sun trap) where there are chairs, two sun loungers, table and umbrella and its own SWIMMING POOL.

There is also a tiled hallway with a large built in cupboard and utility area with a washing machine and dryer.

There is a garage parking space and additional Off road Parking is available.

The lodge has full central heating.

Linen and towels are provided for full weekly bookings.

Towels are provided for short breaks but please bring own linen.

Electric and Gas at no extra cost.

The swimming pool can be heated at a small extra cost. NB pool closed end of September until end of May.

The lodge is available from 3.30pm onwards

Weekly prices are from £150 to £450 per week.

Short breaks are available:- Minimum of 3 nights between October and June.

Low season rates available (November to March) with special discounts for stays of 3 or more nights with an option of an evening meal during the winter months.

Wellfield Lodge is a non smoking establishment, unfortunately we do not have the facilities for children.
