Pebbles is an elegant 3 storey Victorian house in the quaint seaside town of Seaton in East Devon, gateway to the Jurassic Coast – Englands only natural World Heritage Site.
The family run Guest House has again received a 4 Star Rating and the prestigious ( and rare ) GOLD AWARD. This gives recognition to the high quality of the accommodation, service, hospitality and food available at Pebbles.
The house has been open to guests since June 2006. It has many original features and has been lovingly refurbished.
There are wonderful views of the sea, the chalk cliffs of Beer and the floral displays of the Jubilee Gardens.
The sea front is just a few steps from the front door and the town centre with its shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities is just as close.

All local bus services, including the famous X53 Jurassic Coast Bus, arrive and go from Marine Parade just 50 metres away. The X53 costs just £6.00 for a full day ( free if you have a senior citizens pass ). It goes from Exeter to Bournemouth and you can get on and off as many times as you like!
Accommodation Details
There are three luxuriously appointed bedrooms and all have been completely renovated with new quality furnishings including pocket sprung Hypnos king-size beds.
Two of the rooms are large family/double rooms with a full size single bed as well as the king-size. They have scenic views of the sea, cliffs and gardens and both have new fully tiled en-suite bathrooms.
The third bedroom is a double, again with king-size bed, and its own private bathroom (unshared). It looks over the town to the landmark Haven cliffs and the cliff top golf course at Axecliffe.
We also have a small fourth twin bedroom adjacent to the third but it does not have its own bathroom. This is only available in conjunction with room three for, say, a family of three or four that would be happy to share the private bathroom.
All bedrooms are light, airy and tastefully decorated with quality furnishings including full size wardrobes and dressing tables. Top of the range bed linen is provided.
The rooms have flat screen digital tv's with DVD/CD player, hairdryer, alarm clock plus tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits. Bathrooms have power showers and complimentary toiletries.
Breakfast
We think everybody should start the day with a great gold award winning breakfast.
As you would expect from a 'Breakfast Award' recipient, breakfasts are made to order using locally produced food wherever possible and vegetarians can be catered for.
Starters – Guests help themselves to the cold buffet, we'll serve you with hot drinks.
Mains – Full English breakfast of:- Local award winning free range sausages and grilled bacon, herby tomatoes, baked beans, mushrooms and free range eggs cooked to your liking either fried, poached, scrambled or boiled. Or you can choose one of our breakfast specials.
Finish off with Wholemeal or white farmhouse toast served with homemade marmalade and jam.
Please let us know beforehand of any dietary requirements. Breakfast is served between 8.30am and 9.30am

Pebbles is a non-smoking establishment and unfortunately does not have the facilities for pets or very young children.
