Mariners is a Silver Award Winning, ten bedroom bed and breakfast guest accommodation in Seaton, Devon, providing many of the facilities of a small hotel. We have off road, private car parking at the rear, Wi-Fi internet access and a licensed honesty bar in the reception area.

Mariners is a substantial Edwardian property built around 1900. Mariners is situated directly on the seafront with breathtaking sea and headland views from most bedrooms and all public rooms.
Since acquiring Mariners in November 2004 we have completely renovated and restyled the whole property for the enjoyment of our guests. Seaton is centrally situated along The Jurassic Coast.' and is an ideal location for exploring England's only natural World Heritage Site.
The pretty fishing village of Beer is only two miles away. The seaside resort towns of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth are both only seven miles east & west of Seaton.
Accommodation Details
Mariners has ten completely renovated, individually restyled and refurbished ensuite bedrooms for your comfort and relaxation. Five of our rooms have stunning full sea and headland views. There is a double and twin bedded ground floor room for guests with mobility difficulties, and a family room sleeping up to four people.

All bathrooms have walk-in showers with the exception of room 8 which has a shower over a bath.

Breakfast is something to really look forward to at Mariners according to our AA Inspectors and guests alike. The AA Breakfast Award is only given to exceptional establishments where the breakfast provided is over and above the expectation at the four star grading. We aim to repeat the same high quality of food and service on a daily basis for all our guests. Therefore, we are very proud of our outstanding breakfasts and the award we gained for them.
SeaeScape, our Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment (sleeps up to 4 guests)
SeaeScape enjoying stunning uninterrupted south-facing sea views, is a top floor luxury apartment. SeaeScape gives you your own private balcony and open plan lounge area with its large panoramic picture window overlooking the sea and the beach below.
SeaeScape has been completely fitted out to the latest standards and newly furnished with contemporary furniture and equipment.
Prior to your arrival the bedrooms will be made up with crisp new white quality bed linen. Towels are provided too in the en-suite bathroom.
As soon as you arrive you can either simply relax & watch ‘the world go by’ or use the Apartment as a base to explore the stunning Jurassic Coast and resorts of East Devon.
Main features of the Apartment include:- a double bedroom with king size bed, a further twin bedded room and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A Sea facing comfortable lounge area leading onto the balcony, Kitchenette & dining area and its own separate private entrance. Flat screen TV and DVD player, Full gas central heating and utilities are included in the price. Towels will be changed during your stay.
