The Eyre Court is Under new management with new hosts Rachel & Gary Daniel.
The Eyre Court, Seaton's only hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town and yet is a short walk of 150 metres away from the beach.
The Eyre Court is a family run hotel popular with couples and families with children on holiday as well as business people who need to stay in East Devon or close to Exeter.
The Eyre Court Hotel has eight guest accommodation rooms including 3 family rooms. Every room has an en-suite bath room, is comfortably furnished and has a flat screen digital television and coffee / tea making facilities.
A full English breakfast is included in the room rate with breakfast being served in the restaurant between 8am - 9am.
A packed lunch can be provided on request for business guests or our holiday guests who would like to picnic on the Beach or in the Countryside.
The Eyre Court Hotel licensed restaurant is very popular in Seaton and the surrounding area and is open to both residents and visitors. We pride ourselves on a comprehensive menu of traditional style good value cuisine using local produce wherever possible. All our food is freshly prepared and we are known for our generous portions of delicious home-cooked food.
Our licensed Restaurant is open 7 days a week and we offer a full with lunch being served from 12 noon to 3.00pm and 6.00pm to 9.00pm offering a choice from a light lunch to a full and extensive al la carte menu.
You can choose whether to can dine in the main bar, lounge bar or restaurant. The restaurant kitchen closes after dinner service at 9pm.
We have a Special Lunch Menu which includes ‘Light Bites’ and an Al La Carte Menu s, we also offer Daily Specials on our blackboard menu.
Our large modern Conservatory is where we cater for functions of all kinds from wedding receptions, birthday parties and family celebrations, dinner dances to business meetings.
We do not charge for the hire of this room when we are catering for the occasion.
Should you wish to celebrate a special occasion in our Restaurant or Conservatory, we can cater for up to 45 people comfortably seated together and can offer a set menu to your requirement to pre-order in advance or alternatively offer you a tailor made Buffet to suit the occasion.
The Lounge and Public bars of the Eyre Court are renowned for their award winning Ales and friendly warm atmosphere and are popular with both visitors and locals.
Every Sunday afternoon throughout the year from 4pm - 7pm our main Public Bar is the venue for Live Music featuring local musicians and bands. The friendly and happy atmosphere of these musical Sunday afternoons are always popular, drawing in a good local audience as well as visitors who enjoy being part of this lively musical scene.
The main public bar is for adults only, with children and their parents being welcome in the Lounge Bar.
We are a family run hotel with our guest accommodation offering comfortable rooms made up to the highest standards with en-suite bathrooms, colour flat screen digital TV's and complimentary refreshment trays with tea and coffee making facilities, Towels are provided too.
As soon as you arrive you can either simply relax and watch 'the world go by' or use the Hotel as a base to explore the stunning Jurassic Coast and resorts of East Devon.
With 8 letting rooms including 3 family rooms we have the facilities to cater for all of our visitors requirements including off road, private car parking in the Hotel grounds.
We welcome children however we do not accommodate animals.
Seaton is a traditional Devon seaside town in the midst of an area of outstanding natural beauty midway between Lyme Regis and Sidmouth.
The mile long pebble beach is gently sloping and safe to swim from, with the pebbles being small to medium in size. At the top of the beach, is the Esplanade, a flat paved walk 1,160 metres in length stretching from Axmouth Harbour at the eastern end of the bay to the Chine, near Seaton Hole towards the western end.
There are also a number of attractions near by including Seaton's famous Tramways, Axe Valley Heritage Museum, Donkey Sanctuary, Beer Quarry Caves, Beer Pecorama, Lyme Bay Cider, Crealy Adventure Park and much much more!
