This detached Canadian cedar wood chalet is situated on a small select level and traffic free private country park landscaped with trees and shrubs.
It is one of 32 chalets set amidst grass land and trees and is only a mile from the seaside town of Seaton in an ideal spot for exploring the lovely surrounding country side and places along the beautiful coastline of East Devon
The chalet is situated in a lovely quiet position and is decorated to a high standard giving a light and airy feel.
The Chalet sleeps 4 people
Bedroom 1: Double Bed.
Bedroom 2: Bunk Beds.
All bed linen is inclusive in the price.
There is a fully equipped kitchen containing:-
Electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, crockery and utensils.
A separate Lounge with Colour TV, DVD player, CD player, electric fire with fan heater and a free standing radiator.
The Bathroom is fitted with a Bath, basin, WC and wall heater.
All electricity is provided by a slot meter which take £1 coins.
There are garden chairs which guests can use on the secluded grassed area next to the chalet.
There is ample parking at the entrance to the park all within walking distance from the chalet.
Next to the Park there is a BP Garage which contains a well stocked shop and is open from 7am until 8pm 7 days a week.

Access to the Chalet is from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Please vacate the Chalet by 10am on the day of departure
The Chalet is strictly no smoking
Only families and couples please, groups of single sex parties will not be accepted.
Small well behaved dogs welcome.
Whilst on the Park please be considerate to others as regard to noise.
Please take note of the fire points around the Park.
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, this is non refundable so we recommend that you take out separate holiday insurance.
All breakages must be replaced or paid for.
